CABANA & TABLE RESERVATION GUIDELINES
- Full payment is required for non-hotel guests and should be made a day before the reserved date at the latest.
- Failure to show up forfeits the payment.
- Payment is non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the reservation.
- Deposit is not required for reservations made on the same day.
- VIP guests do not need to make a deposit. However, full payment will be required once there is a history of no-show or same-day cancellation.
- Unpaid reservations will automatically be cancelled if remained unsettled a day prior to the reservation date.
